Analyzing Signaling Pathway Activity in FFPE Tissue Sections for Cancer Research and Drug Development

This application note demonstrates the suitability of PerkinElmer’s Nuance multiplex biomarker and Vectra quantitative pathology imaging systems and inForm advanced image analysis software for investigating signaling pathways involved in tumor progression. In the example, the goal is to provide a general purpose signaling activity detection kit, to assess the AKT, ERK, and S6 pathways.
