Automated Genomic DNA Extraction from Grapevine

DNA extraction from plants is normally time consuming and involves many steps, which increases the risk of contamination. In this application note Hamilton describes an automated method which provides a simpler and more rapid procedure using the Microlab STARlet liquid handling robot and the NucleoSpin^® 8 Plant kit from MACHEREY-NAGEL.
