Automated Non-Radioactive Assay Methods for ADCC and CDC Assays

This application note describes several easy-to-use, non-radioactive assay platforms for ADCC studies using luminescent, TRF or TR-FRET detection and primary, immortalized or genetically engineered cells. Each of the assay workflows can be easily automated with instruments like BioTek’s Precision and MultiFlo to increase throughput and repeatability.
