Better Antibody Screening Using IntelliCyt’s iQue Screener

Antibody-based therapeutics have proven to be highly specific and effective for treating certain disease states. This application note shows the results of a screening comparison carried out by an antibody discovery company. They used a FACS Canto and an iQue® Screener to characterize the binding of some known antibodies, using a 3-layer assay consisting of FLAG-tagged antibodies, anti-FLAG antibody and anti-IgG-APC.
