Bioruptor® NGS: Unbiased DNA shearing for Next-Generation Sequencing

This application note describes the use of the Bioruptor® NGS to prepare the samples in the sequencing of two bacterial genomes with dissimilar GC characteristics - Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermis.
