Comparative analyses of DNA and RNA extractions using the Precellys 24 and Precellys 24 Touch

The extraction of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) from murine samples is a standard practice for many biological applications. In this application note, Bertin Instruments presents a comparison of the DNA and RNA extractions obtained with samples that were homogenized with the Precellys 24 and the new Precellys 24 Touch. Bertin Instruments also presents how the efficient protocol of the Nucleic Acid Extraction kits of Bertin Bioreagents enables high yields of total DNA and RNA from mice tissue samples.
