Comparing Promoters using Living Moss Protoplasts Expressing GFP Fluorescence in a Microplate Reader Format

This poster demonstrates that the FLUOstar Omega can be used to measure the GFP fluorescence within living moss protoplasts and that this assay can be used to compare promoter strengths.
