Convenient and Fast PCR Purification in Only Two Steps - Just Bind and Elute

Cleaning up DNA fragments after enzymatic treatment is a standard routine in most laboratories. Depending on the required downstream process, this includes purification of fragments after methods like PCR, restriction, dephosphorylation, adapter (linker) removal and other applications. In this application note, the performance and results of four different commercial available kits for purification of PCR products are compared.
