Defined and Xeno-Free Culture of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

This application note presents a protocol for culture of hPSCs in PromoCell hPSC Growth Medium DXF using hPSC-ECM DXF as an extracellular matrix. The optimal culture environment described allows for a well controlled culture process, consistent and reproducible performance, robust support of pluripotency and improved cloning efficiency.
