This technical note compares post-IP Western blot detection utilizing traditional IRDye secondary antibody detection with Quick Western Kit-IRDye 680RD detection. The LI-COR® Quick Western Kit- IRDye 680RD eliminates the need for two separate antibodies in the IP workflow.
