Detection of Vancomycin-Induced Subacute Nephrotoxicity Using MILLIPLEX^® Map Rat Kidney Toxicity Multiplex Panels

This application note presents a study into a panel of urinary biomarkers, investigating how they perform after 28 days of treatment with a model nephrotoxic compound, vancomycin8. This compound is a glycopeptide antibiotic that has been previously shown to affect primarily the tubules in cases of vancomycin-induced kidney injury.
