PerkinElmer’s Porcine Detection Kits which are based on immuno-chromatography technology are able to detect porcine protein presence in food products. In this paper, PerkinElmer’s Porcine Detection Kits for Processed Meat were used to validate the detection limit on animal and fish feeds.
