Dissolution of Corning^® Dissolvable Microcarriers

One of the major features of Corning^® Dissolvable Microcarriers is their dissolvability for easy separation of cells. Additionally, the microcarriers are easily dissolved with a solution of EDTA and pectinase within 10 to 20 minutes. A protocol for this process is demonstrated in the application note below.
