DNASTAR’s SeqMan NGen vs. Four Alternative Pipelines

This application provides a comparison between DNASTAR’s SeqMan NGen and four alternative technologies. To obtain reliable variant results, the accuracy of sequence alignment, consensus calling and variant detection is of paramount importance. The results demonstrated that SeqMan NGen 12.2 had fewer false negatives and had better sensitivity compared to each of the other four workflows tested.
