Dye Harder with UNcle: Measure Thermal Stability with SYPRO

This application note describes how SYPRO dye can be used to study protein stability on UNcle, an all-in-one stability platform, for different types of proteins, and at a wide range of protein concentrations. The ability to utilize both SYPRO and label-free methods on the same instrument enables researchers to easily switch between the two as projects evolve.
