Evaluating EMT in FFPE Tissue Sections Using the inForm Data Analysis Software

This application note presents a method for characterizing the progression of individual cells undergoing an epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and their distribution in a tumor using a combination of multiplexed labeling kits, Nuance™ and Vectra™ multispectral slide imaging systems, and inForm Data Analysis Software for trainable pattern-recognition-based image analysis.
