Fast & Reliable Characterization of Proteins Using Combined Dynamic and Static Light Scattering

This application note demonstrates the ability of Beckman Coulter’s DelsaMax Core to determine the molecular weight, shape and polydispersity of a hexameric protein. The system can measure molecular weight between 300 and 10E6 Da and particle size between 0.4 and 10.000 nm at sample volumes as low as 1.25 μL.
