Fast, Efficient Extraction of Genomic DNA from Blood Samples

This application note describes a method from Tecan and MACHEREY-NAGEL to product reliable, high yield extraction of pure genomic DNA from blood samples. The method uses the NucleoMag^® Blood 200 µL kit on a Freedom EVO^® platform and is automated to reduce risk of contamination and time spent on preparation.
