FLIPR Penta

In this product brochure, Molecular Devices^® introduces the FLIPR^® High-Throughput Cellular Screening System, which builds on the success of the FLIPR platform. The new system offers a high-speed camera option and the Peak Pro 2 software module, enabling the measurement and analysis of calcium oscillations in human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and neurons. The camera captures images at up to 100 times per second, and the patterns are efficiently analyzed using over 30 various measurements. Moreover, the system is customizable with different pipettors, optics, and automation options, allowing configuration based on library size, detection mode, screening format, assay, and target. This seamless customization process facilitates the transition from assay development to lead optimization.
