Fluorescence-Based DNA Quantification in Low Volumes Using the Infinite® M1000 and Infinite F500 Multimode Readers

DNA testing has revolutionized the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, the development of pharmaceuticals, and forensic investigations. Many microbiological procedures require the accurate quantification of DNA. This note describes the general compatibility of the Infinite M1000 and Infinite F500 multimode readers with NQP-based DNA quantification in small volume samples using the fluorescent PicoGreen dye.
