High-Performance Vion IMS QToF for Monoclonal Antibody Intact and Subunit Mass Analysis

High-resolution mass spectrometry is commonly used for assessment of the product quality and safety of biotherapeutic protein products. In this application note, Vion IMS QToF Mass Spectrophotometer was integrated with a compliant-ready informatics tool, UNIFI Scientific Information System, for intact mAb and subunit mass analysis. This system delivers accurate and reproducible mass measurements at the intact and subunit levels and enables confident identification and robust quantification of the protein modifications.
