High-Throughput Peptide Screening with the TARGETBINDER

With the Biametrics technology, it is possible to identify the epitope of antibodies or epitopes for protein/protein, or protein/peptide interactions in general. High-density peptide arrays can be combined with the Biametrics read-out to screen up to 10,000 of peptide-protein interactions per cm² within few minutes. This application note demonstrates the use of the b-screen to analyze growth factor receptor-bound protein 2 (Grb2). Grb2 is an adaptor protein involved in signal transduction/cell communication. Therefore, the protein represents an interesting target for anti-tumor agents.
