Human Neuron-Based High-Throughput Screening Platforms for Neurodegenerative Diseases

This study demonstrates the establishment of an iPSC reporter line expressing Nanoluc luciferase (Nluc), in order to produce subtype-specific motor neurons for use in high-throughput screening.
