Identifying undesirable protein complexes with SEC-MALS

Recombinant expression of protein reagents can lead to co-purification of host cell proteins bound to the protein of interest. This application note describes the identification of such undesirable complexes using Wyatt’s DAWN multi-angle light scattering system to overcome the inherent limitations of standard SEC.
