Immunoluminescent Method for the Detection of Cell Surface Proteins

This application note describes a method using the FB12 Tube Luminometer to measure functionally important proteins on the cell surface of tumor cells. In addition, the immunoluminescent technique was applied as an alternative method for the immunofluorescent detection of membrane bound proteins by flow cytometry.
