Improving Next-Generation Sequencing Library Quantification Using KAPA Library Quantification Kits

This article presents a solution to the disadvantages associated with current standard protocols for next generation sequencing workflows. The case study described demonstrates the implementation of KAPA Library Quantification Kits for improving the workflow and reducing cluster density variability for sequencing on the Illumina GA IIx at the Broad Institute.
