In Vitro Assessment of Neurotoxicity Hazards of Environmental Compounds using Human IPSC-Derived Neurons

28 Dec 2015

The developing brain is vulnerable to chemical-induced injury, yet a large number of chemicals remain inadequately tested for developmental neurotoxicity (DNT). This application note presents the development of in vitro model systems for neurotoxicological screening of environmental chemicals for prioritization into in vivo hazard characterization studies.
