In Vivo Co-Registration of Spectrally Unmixed Fluorescence with X-ray and Autofluorescence with X-Ray and Autofluorescence

This application note shows that multiple nanoparticles may be spectrally separated from each other in vivo. These images can then be overlaid onto X-ray, RGB, and autofluorescence images. This permits co-registration of a signal with its corresponding site of localization to accurately assess fluorophore uptake within its target tissue.
