IncuCyte ZOOM™ Confluence Processing Overview

Confluence refers to the proportion of adherent cells in a culture that cover the surface, therefore affecting the room for growth. This application note describes using the IncuCyte ZOOM’s Confluence Processing analysis tool (Basic Analyzer) which can calculate and provide cell metrics in real time. This allows for optimal analysis and characterization for a wide range of cell types.
