Light Producing Transgenic Animal Model of Tag-Driven Pancreatic Cancer

This application note describes the strategy used to generate a LPTA EL1-Luc/EL1-TAg model of spontaneous pancreatic adenocarcinoma with bioluminescence as a read-out for the tumor burden. The model is used to follow pancreatic tumor progression non-invasively within the same subject over time using a bioluminescence imaging approach.
