Low-Volume 384-Well PCR Set-Up Using Promega’s PCR Master Mix and the TTP LabTech

PCR amplification is a powerful tool that has applications in a variety of areas including gene expression analysis and DNA sequencing. The miniaturization of PCR assays allows the researcher to increase throughput and reduce reagent cost. In this study, the robust amplification of genomic DNA is demonstrated to be scalable down to 2ul total volume PCR reactions.
