Measuring Lead in Paint Samples Using HDXRF Technology

This application note describes a study which demonstrates the accuracy and precision of HDXRF technology for paint and coatings as well as a variety of substrates, including plastic, glass, and metal. All samples measured in this study contained levels of lead that were at or below the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulatory limits.
