Measuring Phagocytic Activity Using a Zymosan A Fluorescein Conjugate and the Carestream Image Station 4000MM PRO

This application note visualizes the phagocytic activity of macrophages at different times by using fluorescein labeled zymosan particles imaged using the Image Station 4000MM PRO digital imaging system with a 470 nm excitation filter and a 535 nm Wide Angle emission filter.
