Micro-Volume Purity Assessment of Nucleic Acids using A260/A280 Ratio and Spectral Scanning

Presented in this note is the ability to use a micro-volume vessel in conjunction with several different microplate readers for quantification of microliter volumes of biomolecules. The ability to detect common contaminants used in molecular biology techniques is also presented.
