PET Imaging of [¹⁸F]CFA Accumulation in Mice bearing Bilateral Tumors using Perkin Elmer G8 PET/CT Preclinical Imaging System

This application note describes the use of the G8 PET/CT preclinical imaging system for the screening of [¹⁸F]CFA. Enzyme deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) has been recognized as a new therapeutic target in hematological malignancies and [¹⁸F]CFA has been identified as an exciting new PET probe for the identification of this compound. This allows [¹⁸F]CFA PET to become a new cancer biomarker for therapeutic interventions, treatment stratification and monitoring for hematological malignancies.
