This handbook describes the instructions for use for the QIAsymphony PAXgene Blood ccfDNA Kit (CE-IVD). The kit is designed to be used with the QIAsymphony SP instrument, which is intended for automated isolation and purification of circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) from plasma generated from human venous whole blood collected in the PAXgene Blood ccfDNA Tube (CE-IVD).
