Rapid Validation of an LC-MS Approach to Differentiate Tainted and Untainted Boar Meat Based on Compound Biomarkers

In this application note, a broad nontargeted metabolomics study was performed to establish the feasibility of an LC-MS/MS approach to differentiate samples from boars with tainted meat from those without taint based on compound biomarkers.
