Real-Time Detection of Lymphocytes Binding on an Antibody Chip using SPR Imaging

12 Jul 2015

Optical detection of cell interaction and activity using Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging (SPRi) is a popular tool, combining biochip and micro-array technologies. It offers great interest for the real-time direct measurement of label-free, cell-surface binding. This application note explores the use of Horiba Scientific’s SPRi-Biochips and SPR Imaging instruments in the detection of site-specific binding of B or T lymphocytes to an antibody array.
