Scanning Seahorse Bioscience XF96 Cell Culture Microplates Using the IncuCyte™ Imaging Platform

This technical note describes use of the IncuCyte platform for the imaging of Seahorse 96-well microplates in order to measure cell confluence. Potential problem areas associated with this method are highlighted.
