Seeding and Culture of upcyte® cells in Different 3D Scaffolds

This application note describes how to seed and culture cells, exemplified using upcyte® Hepatocytes, as 3D cultures in different scaffolds for subsequent endpoint measurements. The protocol can be adapted to all upcyte® cells by modifying e.g. cell numbers seeded, coating of the scaffolds, etc.
