Serum lncRNA detection as a Potential Biomarker of Lung Cancer

20 Feb 2017

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer mortality, and the second most common cancer among both men and women in the United States. Although it has been studied extensively for many years, there is still a great amount of knowledge to be uncovered with respect to its clinical diagnosis, prognosis and mechanism. In this application note, the Human RT2 lncRNA Cancer PathwayFinder PCR Array was used to evaluate cancer-related long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) levels in Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patient serum samples.
