Silencing of p53 expression with Thermo Scientific Dharmacon Accell siRNA

This application note demonstrates how the Accell siRNA enables the development of a high content assay for multiplex analysis of p53 and p21 expression in IMR-32 neuroblastoma cells as well as a whole-culture cell viability assay in IMR-32 and primary rat cortical neurons.
