Streamlined Receptor Screening: Ion Channels, GPCRs and Nuclear Receptor Screening in Biologically Relevant Cells Using Large Scale Transient Transfection

11 Nov 2014

Large scale transient transfection enables quality, highly reproducible cellular assays. MaxCyte flow electroporation has been shown to be an extremely effective and rapid means of expressing a variety of receptors in biologically relevant cells. The MaxCyte STX system uses electroporation to transiently (co)transfect cells, yielding high levels of transfection efficiency and cell viability. This poster presents data for the rapid development of nuclear receptor, sodium-gated ion channels and GPCR high throughput assays.
