Streamlined Spheroid Based Drug Screening Luminescent Assay

In this application note, spheroids are generated in PrimeSurface ULA plates, the cell viability of 4 different tumor cells and use of intracellular ATP measurement CellTiter Glo^® (Promega Co., Ltd) for luminescent assay screening are demonstrated.
