Targeted Metabolomics Analysis of Cell Culture Lysates using the AbsoluteIDQ™ p180 Kit

This application note evaluates the analytical performance of the AbsoluteIDQ p180 Kit on lysates prepared from lymphoblast cells with and without treatment by ionizing radiation. The results presented clearly reveal that the AbsoluteIDQ™ p180 Kit is well suited for analyzing cell lysates. 120 metabolites were detected, and good analytical performance was achieved.
