This application note reports the use of the Corning FluoroBlok 96-Multiwell Insert System for high-throughput analysis of cell-based assays. These assays provide predictive in vitro model systems for areas such as angiogenesis and neoplasia. However, until recently they have been impractical for high-through screening due to the time-consuming manual data analysis required.
