Accurate quantification of trace contaminants is crucial for optimizing the biodiesel production process and ensuring the quality of the final product. The note emphasizes the significance of identifying contaminants such as glycerol, glycerides, water, methanol, or free fatty acids, as their presence indicates suboptimal steps in the biodiesel production process.
