Tryptophan Quantification Using UV Fluorescence Measurements on the CLARIOstar^® Multi-Mode Microplate Reader

In this application note, accurate and highly-sensitive tryptophan detection is demonstrated using the CLARIOstar^® multi-mode microplate reader from BMG LABTECH. Under 2 nM tryptophan sensitivity is achieved by combining filters and LVF Monochromators™.
