Using Routine Fluorescence to Sort Drosophila Larvae

This application note demonstrates the use of NIGHTSEA’s Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter (SFA) system for sorting Drosophila larvae when investigating the effects of genetic mutations on triglyceride storage.
