Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction at High Recovery Yields

In this application note Tecan and MACHEREY_NAGEL demonstrate an automated method to produce reliable isolation of viral DNA and RNA. This method provides high yields and pure viral nucleic acid using MACHEREY-NAGEL NucleoMag^® 96 Virus kit on a Freedom EVO^® platform from Tecan. The results of this study show that the method reduces risk of contamination while retaining flexibility.
